- Short term project based consulting
I can provide you an entire solution based on a SOW. This could be a data migration effort or a regular data load effort or new development in Siebel. This allows you to know the time and cost of your needs before you make a decision.
- Issue based consulting for advice or resolutions to process, business or technical issues
I am a valuable resource when it comes to complex problems which might be roadblocks to your projects. I can provide insight and solutions into some of the complex areas Siebel such as Product Configurator, Quotes and Order Management modules. I have done some pretty complex work in those areas, including integration with SAP and I can help with ideas or provide a more comprehensive functional or technical solution.
- Long term production maintenance support
If you have a fairly stable Siebel installation and not a lot of immediate development work and might require some regular data loads, reports, assistance with upgrades and fixes when necessary then I can provide you the support you need. You can have the comfort of knowing there is someone who can help you on short notice when necessary. It also allows you to have the ability and flexibility to have both planned and unplanned enhancements.
